Natura is the biggest cosmetics retailer in Brazil.
Their online presence was scattered around too many touchpoints.
We had to create a single source of truth to become the only trust point their clients would need.

The client had 3 touchpoints that were overlapping themselves in information availability

One of the most sought features of the Natura brand is that it’s local, so people sometimes prefer to buy it due to it being a Brazilian brand

In a world of Amazon, Target, Etsy, and other great references we couldn’t stay behind.

Cost Per Lead was a major KPI we had to deal with in this project. Since the brand messaging was scattered around, by merging the sites we could easily pick this low-hanging fruit.

SEO also had a major impact on Design, all components were created respecting best practices at the time.
Deliverables

We found several relevant personas that inspired us to bring the best of brand values to the overall design.

The digital experience needed to reflect the components, sensations, and emotions connected to Natura’s products

We did a full design style guide that could evolve into an internal Design System.
My participation

From concept to completion, going through team sizing, budget, methodologies that should be used w and initial business hypothesis.

Conducted the work of the team from initial research to final touches at the last deliverables.
The team had Service, Interaction, Ux, and UI Designers.
Helping me support the team there was a Project Manager.I couldn’t have delivered this without them.

Initial contact with stakeholders and then coached team leads to be able to drive the work while I could focus on other projects.
